Hello!

We remain in the season of Lent for just a few more weeks. I hope this Lenten season has been good. I would like to start this email with a few announcements:

• EVENT- Palm Sunday Luncheon tickets are on sale! This is at The Bean Sprout, 25 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX, 78216. (Across 410 from the big boots at North Star Mall.) The cost is $10 per person. If you are interested, please inform me ASAP.
• Palm Sunday Mass will begin at 12:00 Noon.
• Reader practice will be next week before Mass at 10:00 am.
• Holy Week services are as follows:
  • Palm Sunday: April 5th Mass At 12 Noon At SFDP.
  • Holy Thursday: April 9th. Combined Mass at SFDP at 7pm.
  • Good Friday: April 10th. Combined Service at SFDP at 7pm.
  • Holy Saturday: April 11th. Interpreted Mass at 8:30 pm at St. Ann's church 210 St. Ann St. San Antonio, TX 78201.
  • Easter Sunday: April 12th. Mass At 11:30am at SFDP

This week, Fr. Tom talked about how often we treat people like disposable things. We have friendships, but when we are tired of a person or when we are angry with someone we just leave them and find someone else. Fr. Tom said we shouldn't do that. We should try to work out our problems. Maybe forgiving someone because they are not perfect. Maybe we need to say, "sorry."

The challenge for this week is: Who are you angry with? Why are you angry? Is it something they did or something you did? If it is something you did, then apologize. If it is something they did, then offer forgiveness. The important part here is to talk to the person.
